4.6 ::: Bjorn Borg

First of all, let me give you some backstory. As you all know, in Season 4 of Voyager, Seven of Nine joined the cast. It was a ploy to boost young male ratings (sound familiar?) Well, the second after Braga got the boot, so did Jeri...

So, she was free to join Sliders (please kill me...)

Well...the story starts on a Borg cube. I'm pretty sure that Maggie's not bright enough to rig the timer to leave the radius, let alone the planet, so I can't see any excuse for this...

There's actually a funny story here. Braga snuck a camcorder, Kari, and Jeri into UPN's studios and used the sets from "Dark Frontier". So, the opening is very jittery, and, as you might have guessed, Braga left the date and time on....

However, a guard found them after they had shot, and Braga was arrested. Jeri and Kari weren't (I wonder how they got away???) So, Peck is in charge for this entire episode, until he can make enough from his lemonade stand to post bail...

So, Maggie lands on a Borg cube, walks around, and then sees Jeri's character. Jeri opens up a vortex (We actually get to see it this time....Peck must have sold a kidney) and, for some reason, Kari dashes and jumps inside it (You see her bump her head on a wall...it's hilarious!!!)

It goes to commercial, and when it returns, they replay the entire opening again. After yet another commercial, the scene opens on top of a house, with Kari fighting Rickwoman (That's the name of Jeri's character)

Now, let me stop here. Rickwoman??? Now, I realize that nitpicking this part of the show is very trivial, but I'm going to. Now, either Peckinpah is trying to make a connection, with Rickwoman as Rickman's female double (even though her name wouldn't change, but...) or Peck has something against someone named Rick...

Because of the fact that if Peck's IQ were in eggs, you could fit them in a single carton, I'm guessing it's the latter....

So Maggie chases Rickwoman around Braga's mom's house for about 10 minutes before Maggie's bra-less chest hits her in the face, knocking her out (They're bigger on this world... that's the alternate history...)

So, Rickwoman opens a vortex, but not before delivering a parting jab. Unfortunately, her microphone was off, so we don't actually hear anything...

Maggie gets up and walks away, as we fade to black...

But here's where it really gets weird. Right after that, a graphic shows up that says "Turn to TNT, QUICK!!!" Back to the Future was on TNT that night, and if you turned right away, you would've seen the end and the words "To be continued..."

I'm hoping that was their point...
